When it comes to policies and ideologies, I absolutely agree. But I think some antiracist spheres have adopted a practice of fixating on minutiaes to the point that we lose sight of the bigger picture, which becomes counterproductive.

As a multi-racial Black woman who has these kinds of conversations with my many diverse Black friends and family from across the diaspora, I can assure you that I am not alone in this opinion.
