True, I don’t doubt that there will always be challenges, and I’m not necessarily advocating for non-confrontation either. But I do think certain approaches to social justice are more strategic, efficient, and sustainable than others. I wish we had the luxury of having Dr. King around to ask what Civil Rights strategies he felt were most effective and if there was anything he’d do differently in retrospect. I can only imagine the stress he must have lived under.
