I myself am a social justice activist and am active on TikTok. I have noticed this phenomenon that you are talking about, and it breaks my heart that this is the message that White children are internalizing. Not only that, but as you say it is also counterproductive.


For this reason I have started identifying my work as Liberationist instead of Antiracist. I think too much vague and subjective preoccupation with race has caused unintended negative outcomes. We should be working together to end the injustices that affect people of all races to varying degrees.
