I think you bring up some very valid issues that are each deserving of deep examination. My understanding of the problem with “All Lives Matter” is not that it is a false statement, but it is typically used to discount or detract attention from efforts to bring attention to anti-Black racism.

These issues all intersect and overlap to varying degrees, and learning how to discuss them in a way doesn’t become a game of “Oppression Olympics,” but rather a real effort to understand and find solutions for ending oppression in all its forms, is something I think we’re all learning how to do.
